Is transportation included?
We currently do not include transportation. The meeting is directly in Xochimilco, accessible by car or taxi/Uber services.
To facilitate transportation, we created a Whatsapp group so that participants can coordinate.

What time does the tour start and end?
To see the sunrise from the best spot in Xochimilco, we need to get up early. The tour starts around 4:30 am in Xochimilco and ends around 11 am, depending on the group. The kayak tour usually lasts 3 hours.

In what language is the tour?
The tour is offered in Spanish and/or English depending on the group. All our guides are bilingual (Spanish-English), and some also speak other languages (French, German, Portuguese).

Can I bring my phone/camera in the kayak?
Yes, the route is quite easy and you can take photos from the kayak without any problem. However, we advise you to use a protection to prevent them from getting wet.

What are the payment methods?
You can book by paying a deposit on the website via PayPal (any currency) or you can contact us via WhatsApp at +33675915006 to reserve and make a transfer (MXN). The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by bank transfer on the day of the activity.
